Mireille's Purple Butterfly Suncatcher — Handmade Orrefors Graal Glass

A round 20cm graal-glass suncatcher with the purple butterfly pattern visibly floating inside a transparent glass sandwich, made by Mireille Vauxhall-Trent in her oast-house workshop in Hawkhurst on the Kent-East Sussex border. The 1916 Orrefors Swedish technique — pattern engraved into a coloured blank then sealed under a clear glass layer mouth-blown over it. Mireille's daughter Camille (Rett syndrome) is moving to 24/7 nursing care; the workshop closes 30 June 2026. Final 96 graal pieces.
