Handmade Leaded Cardinal — Stained-Glass Suncatcher

A real handmade leaded stained-glass cardinal on a hand-forged iron-wire branch — not acrylic, not printed, not dichroic-sprayed. The ruby body is selenium-cadmium glass from Mabel Threadgold's final barrel of Stourbridge-cut stock; the same cathedral-grade recipe used in Cologne and post-1860 Notre-Dame restoration roses. When the barrel runs out in June, the recipe closes with her 78-year-old supplier. Final 72 panels from Mabel's Haworth workshop. ~25cm × 20cm with dark-iron chain.
