Clemency's Jewelled Hummingbird — Handmade Murano-Method Lampwork Ornament

A 3D dimensional sculpted lampwork hummingbird with 400-700 individually hand-formed glass beads in the body and pulled-glass wings, made by Clemency Wycliffe-Pyne in her Methodist Sunday-school workshop on St Just Lane, Penzance, Cornwall. The 17th-century Venetian "lampada" technique — every bead wound on a mandrel at 1,500°C oxy-propane flame. The Methodist circuit sold the building for holiday flats; the workshop closes 31 July 2026. Final lampwork batch.
